Content

The course package consists of four courses that are separately examined:

Business Analytics 6 hp
Economic analysis for strategic decision-making 6 hp

The course package aims to introduce and deepen knowledge about Business Analytics. In the Business Analytics course, students develop knowledge of the entire process of business data analysis, from identifying business challenges (defining a business relevant question) to practically and effectively presenting data-driven business solutions for business stakeholders as well as in the public sector.

The course Economic Analysis for Strategic Decision Making builds a bridge between microeconomic theory and microeconomic practice. For example, the course links the theory about costs to the empirical treatment of costs. The course aims to combine an in-depth understanding of microeconomic foundations with relevant methods for empirically investigating the same.

The course package is offered as part-time studies and requires that you can devote at least 20 hours a week to your studies.
