About this opportunity:

The products and solutions from Ericsson are continuously evolving to meet the new requirements from the customers, market, and future strategy. Roadmaps are created to communicate the key future features and capabilities to customers but also internally in Ericsson to customer units and sales.
The market, sales and customers require an 18 months (committed) forecast of the features released in each quarter. This is a challenge in an agile development environment with frequent backlog creation.

What you will do:

• Collect information about Ericsson way of working in development including requirement handling.
• Define a process for how to create a predictable roadmap in an agile development environment.
• Evaluate advantages and disadvantages.
• Suggest improvements and new way of working.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven drive for results.
• Excellent written and spoken English, ability to work as part of an international team.
