Welcome as a new student at Blekinge Institute of Technology!
On this page, we have gathered some practical information for you as a new student at BTH. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, you can always contact us at the library.
Before you can start using the library resources you need to go through a few steps.
1) Student account
The student account is used among other things to access the library’s information resources (such as e-books and articles) from your own computer. You activate the account yourself via the BTH Student portal.
2) Library account
The library account is needed to borrow the library’s printed books. You activate your library account in the Student Portal. You can use your BTH card as a library card when the account is activated.
Under borrowing at BTH Library, you can learn more about everything related to loans, renewals, and reservations.
