Henry Edison

Henry Edison is a senior lecturer (Universitetslektor) at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. His research interests include empirical software engineering in the area of software product innovation, software startups, and analytics in software engineering. His research examines current and future practices and trends of software development processes and tailors them to suit different contexts, from startups and new emerging to large and established organizations. He has published in leading journals and conferences in his field, including IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, Journal of Systems and Software, Information and Software Technology, etc.
In 2018, he was awarded a prestigious Advanced Learning in Evolving Critical Systems (ALECS) research fellowship of a two-year duration at Lero, Ireland. ALECS is an innovative fellowship program coordinated by Lero, the Irish Software Research Centre. The initiative is co-funded by the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie program and by Science Foundation Ireland through Lero.
