Michael Felderer is a professor of Software Engineering. He holds a habilitation degree (“Priv.-Doz.”) and a PhD (“Dr.”) in Software Engineering. He was General Chair of PROFES 2017, Program Co-Chair of SEAA 2017, and Industry Track Chair of ESEC/FSE 2019. Michael Felderer is author of more than 130 journal and conference papers. His research interests are in the areas of software and security engineering with a focus on software and security testing, quality engineering, software and security processes, requirements engineering, model engineering, software analytics, software engineering education as well as empirical research methods in software and security engineering. The research of Michael Felderer is performed in close collaboration with industry and he has more than 10 years of industrial experience.
